1. Flatten the plough stand and check the height difference between the discs. Generally, the height difference is not more than ±5 mm. When the disc plough is worn or the plough column is deformed, the height difference should not exceed ±15 mm.
2. Check the declination Angle and dip Angle of the disc plough to meet the requirements, the disc cutting edge should be sharp, the thickness of the cutting edge should be less than 1.5 mm, the cutting edge if there is a deformity, the length of more than 15 mm, the depth of more than 1.5 mm should be repaired.
3. The adjustment mechanism of the suspension shaft should be flexible, the bolts of all parts should be tightened, the installation position of the tail pulley should be correct, and can operate flexibly, and the disc bearing and the tail pulley bearing should be filled with grease.
